I know this issue has come up quite a number of times in forums and I have researched long and hard, but still I cannot get rid of this error. Mind you when I did a search for this.

If it's in the right location, why am I getting this error?? I have tried many many fixes and still nothing works, and I really don't want to format and start from scratch. In the first instance, Logitech Download Assistant isn't listed. The second instance, Logitech Download Assistant not listed. The third instance, Logitech Download Assistant registry key isn't there. I ran the utility and searched for logilda I know there are two files called logilda.
